Oscar was a neighbour who started coming to our bible studies when we first started in Cedros. He was a faithful part of the ministry from then on and we saw the Lord work in him and draw Oscar to him. He has fought and beat cancer several times until this last time when it came back. During Jonathan’s visits to pray with and encourage him he would often come back the one more encouraged. That’s who he was, always encouraging those around him. Oscar was a dear friend who loved being with people and loved to serve. This morning we received message that Oscar is now with Lord and no longer suffering. Please, be in prayer for our church family and specifically Don Oscar’s family.

Jonathan I am so grateful for the Lord bringing him into your lives. He was family and losing him is undoubtedly hard. Our HOPE is our anchor. May you have comfort in God's promise.
What a precious testimony. Praying for Don Carlos' family and for you all in this loss.
In a little while we will all be there with him and the others who have preceeded us. I am so glad that our hope is real and not just some religious words of "comfort."
We woke up in Glacier National Park on our 25th! Almost at the end of a trip to several national parks and churches out west. Happy anniversary Jonathan Robertson!
